Customisation

For an ongoing innovation project, A quantitative research was conducted in the form of surveys to gain more insight into a given footwear topic. I was solely responsible for conducting this research.

Imperative for me was to understand what our objective was for this survey. At the time I started at ILE the project was already in progress. To get the most out of the quantitative research I had to dive into the project to fully understand the objective.

What do we want to know

Once I understood the scope of the project I was able to create questions for the survey. Important was to consider how to get the most insight from the results, so the copy was very important. Next to this, the survey was divided into three geographical areas; Europe, North-US, and Asia South Pacific which align with ECCO’s target markets.

Creating a survey

Collecting & Organising results

We compared the results from the different markets and determine which area would be most interesting for us to launch our project. There were some surprising outcomes that helped to further narrow down our project scope and modify our project in such a way that it would benefit ECCO the most.
